  • I do not have Paypal, how do I checkout?

    Once you get to the checkout page, click on the Paypal button. Scroll down to the bottom of the Paypal page and you will see Credit/Debit. Click on Credit/Debit and you can proceed with your checkout.   • Do you sell products for wholesale?

    We are not a wholesaler, we only sell quality products at wholesale and reduced prices. 

  • How can I get free items or samples?

    We do not offer sample products. Occasionally, we offer free item flash sales on deals and bundles and it is while supplies last only. At times, these deals can be made on our website or when you call our customer care center. When we send out our email blast, text messages and go live,  we will inform you of how many free items will be distributed. Please sign up for our email list or text messages to be notified of special deals and offers. 

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

    Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, altered, updated or canceled. Please make sure that when placing an order that all  information is correct  before checking out.

  • What is the different between the Mink Hair Growth Day and Rapid Growth Night Serums?

     Miracle Mink Hair Growth Day Serum is a very lighter formula of our serum that activates your hair follicles during the day to enhance your growth.  Our Day Serum formula comes in 2 ounces and should be used daily. 

     

    Miracle Mink Hair Growth Night Serum is formulated with a soother to relax your scalp and hair follicles while you are sleeping. This potent serum activates your hair follicles to make them aggressively grow. Our Night Serum formula comes in 1 ounces and should be used at night in the most catastrophic areas of your hair. 

     

    Do do not suggest that you combine both serums due to the formula's. We suggest using them as directed. 

  • How soon will I see hair growth results?

    You can see hair growth results in as little as 7 days, depending on your consistency and how often you are using your chosen hair growth regime.

     

    Everyone's hair grows at different paces, so you may not get the same results as someone else in a certain amount of days. 

     

    Please be mindful, that you must have hair follicles in order for your hair to grow. 

  • How do I apply the Hair Growth Products?

     

    • SHAMPOO: use the hair growth shampoo weekly to cleanse your hair.
    • CONDITIONER: use the hair growth conditioner weekly to deep condition your hair. Apply the conditioner after shampooing your hair and let it set for 15-20 minutes. Rinse your hair, use the Blow Dry Spray; dry and style as desired.
    • DAY & NIGHT SERUM: Day Serum - should be lightly applied in the morning in the most affected areas. Place 1-3 drops in the area and gently massage it into your scalp. Night Serum - should be lightly applied at night before wrapping your hair for bed. Place 1-3 drops in the most catastrophic area and gently massage it into your scalp. (We recommend using our anti-breakage night caps to prevent breakage)
    • REJUVENATING CREAM: can be applied as a leave-in conditioner or for daily use as a moisturizer. 
    • 3-IN-1 LEAVE IN CONDITIONER, BLOW DRY SPRAY & STYLING PRIMER: Shake to activate and distribute evenly through damp hair. Then, blow-dry with a blow-dry brush to create silky-smooth hair with lustrous shine. Style your hair as desired.
    • BLACK RICE WATER: After shampooing your hair, spray the Black Rice Water on your hair and use a deep conditioning cap. Let it set for 15-25 minutes and rinse your hair. Apply the hair growth conditoner (let it set for 20 minutes) or apply your Rejuvenating Cream OR 3-IN-1 Leave-In Conditioner Spray; dry and style as desired. For coarse hair, we recommend applying the Rejuvenating Cream to your hair and style as desired. 
    • MOISTURE SEALER WHIPPED SHEA BUTTER: Apply a small amount in your hand. Distribute it evenly throughout dry or moist hair. Do not rinse out.  For use as a Hot Oil Treatment - Cover your hair with a plastic cap and let the oil treatment sit on your hair for at least 30 minutes. For added moisture, wet a towel with warm water and wring it out. Wrap the warm towel around your head for 20-30 minutes.
    • EDGE CONTROL: Apply a small amount of edge control to smooth and lay down your edges. To intensify your edge growth, we recommend using our Day Serum with your application.
    • ARGAN OIL: Lightly spray the Argan Oil on your hair after blow drying your hair and after styling each day. The Argan Oil can also be used as a hot oil treatment if your hair or the ends of your hair are dry. - Hot Oil Treatment - Shampoo your hair to ensure it is clean. Pour oil into a small heat-safe jar or bottle, place in a bowl of hot water and wait a few minutes for the oil to heat. Apply oil to damp hair, saturate from root to ends and massage into scalp. Cover and leave on for desired amount of time. Rinse and apply conditioner. Dry and style as desired.
    • LOCK WAX: shampoo and condition your hair. Apply the the hair growth serum to your scalp and gently massage it into your scalp. Twist your locs with the Lock Wax; style as desired. 
    • HAIR SPRAY: Once you have styled your hair as desired, add a light mist of hair spray to hold your style.

  • Can a person suffering from severe scalp issues or baldness use these products?

    Yes, all of our products are 100% all natural and organic and are safe for your skin. We do recommend that you do a 24-hour skin test before applying. 

  • How should I use the products if my hair is breaking off or really damaged?

     

    1. Shampoo your hair once weekly.
    2. For one month straight, do a deep conditioner with heat or use a heated cap.
    3. Leave it on for 25-30 minutes to help seal in the moisture.
    4. Do not rinse all of the conditioner out of your hair. Rinse it enough to get the majority of the product out, but leave some on where it still feels silky.
    5. Towel blot your hair dry.
    6. Apply your drops to your scalp in the much needed areas.
    7. Massage it into your scalp.
    8. Put 4 to 5 drops in the palm of your and and run it through your actual hair to start repairing your hair shafts.
    9. Blow dry your hair and lightly mist your hair with the Argan Oil; style and set as desired.

  • How do I apply the Black Rice Water to my hair?

    After shampooing your hair, spray the Black Rice Water on your hair and use a deep conditioning cap. Let it set for 15-25 minutes and rinse your hair. Apply the hair growth conditioner (let it set for 20 minutes) or apply your Rejuvenating Cream OR 3-IN-1 Leave-In Conditioner Spray; dry and style as desired. For coarse hair, we recommend applying the Rejuvenating Cream to your hair and style as desired. 

  • How long will it be before my products arrive?

    Please Allow UP TO 14-20 BUSINESS Days to Receive Your Order!

     

    Normally orders deliver within 14-20 business days, but Depending on Demand, Global Events and Holiday Shipping Hours some orders may be delayed a few more days than normal!

     

    Processing Time

    • ALL ORDERS TAKE 2-5 Days TO PROCESS PRIOR TO SHIPPING, Depending on Demand!
    •  If you place your order after 2pm during normal business hours or over the weekend your Orders Processing time starts the next business day; excluding holidays and inclement weather.  
    •  Shipping Transit Times
    •  International orders will be processed during the same time .
    • 14-20-Day Shipping Transit Times
    • If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday your orders processing time starts on the next business day; not including holidays and inclement weather.

     

    Customer Responsibility

    • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout.
    • Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order.
    • We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping addresses will be processed.
    • If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned.
    • If Mink Hair Wholesale reships your order you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

     

    Shipping Insurance

    • We offer shipping insurance for an additional $2.99 per order. This covers lost, stolen and damaged packages after a claim has been filed with your local post office or carrier. From the time of delivery of the package, customers have 48 hours to report a lost, stolen, or damaged package. if customers do NOT select this option at checkout, their package is NOT insured internally by Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale and will have to file a claim with the courier of their package. 
    • If a customer pays for this shipping insurance, he/she will be eligible for only one claim with Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale for a new package to be sent out. Proof of damaged items must accompany any claims and a claim number for the package must be filed with your local carrier before a package can be reshipped. Once a claim number has been provided, please contact Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale at 912-264-9242 with your claim number for us to further process your claim. 

     

    Refused/Unclaimed Packages

    Any refused or unclaimed packages will be returned to our warehouse. If a customer requests reshipment of package due to it being returned to our warehouse, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for reshipment of the item. 

     

    Lost/Missing/Damaged Deliveries

    • Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your packages states that it was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal Service (USPS) directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) Monday – Friday 8 AM – 8:30 PM ET or Saturday 8 AM – 6 PM ET. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. By completing a purchase with Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale, you are agreeing to our full shipping and delivery policies.
    • If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we cannot send out a replacement/additional package once the delivery has been confirmed by the carrier if you did not purchase shipping insurance with Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale. Please check for lost/missing/damaged packages with the carrier to file a claim with the carrier prior to contacting us. 
    • If your domestic, USA delivery, has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 15 days or more (not delivered within 15 days) please contact us at 912-264-9242 so that we can assist you in locating your package.
    • If your International delivery has not arrived and tracking has not been updated for 30 days or more please call 912-264-9242 so that we can assist you locating your package.
    • If missing items are due to the mishandling of your shipment (torn, taped or repackaged), you will need to contact your local Postal Service to file a claim if you did not purchase shipping insurance with Miracle Mink Hair Wholesale. 
    • Our customer care representatives take every measure possible to ensure that all clients receive their proper items. If an item is missing, we will complete a form and escalate the claim. The process for reviewing or investigating these claims could take 5-10 business days. Once the investigation is complete, a supervisor will contact you about the status of your claim.
